Will the retreats always take place in the same destination ?

We love to travel and want to share that passion with you ! There are so many beautiful places around the world and we hope to discover many of them with you by our side.

What is the price of the retreats ?

We curate high-end getaways, each with its own soul. Every retreat is unique : a different destination, a different setting, different experiences. That is why we don't have one standard rate. But rest assured, the pricing alsays reflects the love and care we put into crafting each magical experience.

Can I request a private trip as well ?

Yes! In addition to our scheduled retreats, we also create bespoke escapes for those who want to experience the Solar Circle magic with friends or family. This service is curretntly available for a few select destinations in France and abroad. Hopefully more to come soon !

Is transportation included in the price ?

Transportation to the retreat location is not included. However, all transfers during the retreat are covered and we are happy to help you organize your arrival and departure.

Do you also offer retreats for men ?

At the moment, our retreats are exclusevily for women (except in the case of a private retreat). But who knows what the future holds, we might plan something for men later men.

Can I bring a friend to the retreat ?

Yes! We even offer a special discount when you come with a friend. Kindly be informed that spots are limited so it is first come, first served.

Do I need to speak English to join ?

Our retreats are primarily held in English so some understanding is recommended. That said, we also speak French and are happy to translate when needed. During our first retreat, we had plenty of "Frenglish" moments and the connections were just as deep and authentic.

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Here is how we handle it:

1. Data Collected: Name, surname, email, phone number, country of residence.

2. Use: For bookings, newsletters, and service improvements.

3. Retention Period: 5 years from your last interaction. After that, we will ask for your renewed consent if you are still a client.

4. Your Rights: You may access, modify, or delete your data anytime by contacting contact@solarcircle.co.

5. Cookies: Cookies may be used. A banner appears on your first visit to collect your consent.

6. Data Sharing: Only with trusted partners like PayPal, Stripe, etc., and always in compliance with GDPR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose: These terms govern the sales of retreats organized by Solar Circle.

2. Booking
The booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments can be made via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal, which may offer installment options depending on the client’s account.

3. Cancellation & Credit Policy
If the client cancels:

More than 180 days before the retreat (D-180 and beyond): 100% refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
Between 179 and 91 days before the retreat (D-179 to D-91): 70% refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
Between 90 and 31 days before the retreat (D-90 to D-31): 50% refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
30 days or less before the retreat (D-30 to D-0): No refund. A credit valid for 12 months may be offered at Solar Circle’s discretion.

If Solar Circle cancels the retreat, a full refund will be issued.
All refunds are processed within 4 weeks of the cancellation request being confirmed.
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original participant for a future Solar Circle retreat.

4. Liability: Solar Circle is not responsible for incidents, loss, or damages unless proven liable. Each participant is responsible for their belongings. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Applicable Law: These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of the company’s registered office will have jurisdiction.
